Pilot intake open through Q1 2027 — four counties, 112 households. Apply
Cohort 008 scope

We're taking 112 households across four counties, routed off two tier-II datacenter partners. Residents, HOAs and co-ops apply through intake; DC and installer partners through the partner track.

intake open through Q1 2027

Four profiles. One intake. Same engineer either way.

Who we're looking for Everyone starts on the same 15-minute call with a thermal engineer. The intake asks four questions: where you sit on the thermal map, what your household uses, who owns the compute upstream, and who will do the install. The profile picks itself from the answers.
01 Resident

A household on the thermal map

Primary residence inside the Q1 2027 build counties. Owned or long-leased so year-one performance pays back. Space heating and / or water heating load — pool and dehumid are nice-to-have.
02 HOA / Co-op

A street or block considering it together

The pilot works better street-wide than one-off. Boards that have the authority to vote the loop in get a different intake call: scope + routing + per-household expectations.
03 DC partner

A datacenter with reject to share

Tier-II or tier-III with existing liquid cooling. 500 kW of continuous reject or more. Site visit is a half-day; we design the tap around your BMS, not against it.
04 Installer

A field crew with hydronic chops

Licensed hydronic plumbers and HVAC crews. We handle thermal engineering and routing; you own the household-side install. One cohort, 112 jobs, paid on completion.

Talk to a thermal engineer, not a sales rep.

Intake is run by the same engineers who will walk your block. They will tell you — in plain language — whether CloudBoiler fits your household, when, and what it costs.

Pilots in their own words.

Residents, co-op boards, and partner datacenters describing year-one of grid-coupled thermal.

The install took a weekend. The gas bill went to zero the next week. Nobody at the HOA believed me until we voted to extend it to the next street.

CloudBoiler is the first partner that treated our reject loop as an asset rather than a liability. The telemetry is better than our own BMS.

I was impressed with how the field crew explained every step. Clear, honest, no upsell. We've already recommended three neighbors.

Datacenter or installer? Different intake.

Partner intake runs through the same engineering team, on a different call track. Send a quick line about your site or crew; we respond inside a week.
